1-2 24 oz. jars of Frankie’s Gravy – Portobello Sauce
1 whole cut up chicken
extra virgin olive oil
Lightly coat chicken with seasoned flour (i.e., flour seasoned with salt and pepper).
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan until hot and add chicken pieces a
few at a time until lightly browned and all pieces are cooked. Add Frankie’s Gravy –
Portobello Sauce to the chicken in the pan and cook until chicken is tender, approximately 1 hour.
If need be you may cook this chicken in the oven in a roasting pan at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
