4 pan frying-type steaks, 1/2 inch thick,
such as a cut from the round or the shoulder
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 26 oz. jar of Frankie’s Gravy – Portobello
Dredge the steaks in the flour flavored with the salt and pepper. Meanwhile heat a
pan that will hold all the steaks in one layer with olive oil. Add the steaks to the pan
turning only once. Cook to taste. Add a jar of Frankie’s Gravy – Portobello “gravy“ and serve hot.
Menu suggestion: Serve with Sauteed broccoli and garlic – serve with parmesan cheese on the side if desired.
